Stuff the bear with the flame resistant stuffing.

Slip stitch the gap left for the stuffing

Embroider a face on the bear

Using the wool needle (bodkin) and some of the yarn weave around the neck area and pull tight, fasten off securely.

To finish off teddy knit a scarf (optional ) Use a contrasting colour

Cast on 60 stitches and knit 6 rows. Cast off

Secure in place with a few stitches.

These make a great present for a small child.

Love your website. I’m more of a crocheter, but can knit and pearl. The instructions for the teddy bear were so simple and straightforward I feel that I can do it. Great job explaining that pattern. I think I may make this for my granddaughter.
The knitting bag you have in your shop looks nice, organized, and affordable.
I bookmarked your website. I really like it and look forward to more easy knitting patterns.
    Good luck to you.

Thanks so much Suzanne. I really appreciate your feedback. I still have a lot to do on the site and will be adding more patterns too. Yes the teddy pattern is very easy and quick to knit up you shouldn’t have any problems with it but if you do I am more than happy to help.

      Thanks again
