Cut wadding enough to wrap around coat hanger and sew in place. Find the hole for the hook and screw in place.

Sew the ends of the coat hanger cover only to where the peaks begin. Peaks sit below coat hanger.

Find the middle of the cover and slip over hook. Sew the edge to where the peaks begin so the peaks sit below the stitching line.

Add some tubing to the hook and make a bow with the ribbon if wished.
